The first step in the project will be to draft a site map which:

(1) organizes content in a logical, intuitive manner, and

(2) determines the overall structure of the site.

Once the site map is in place, I establish a beta site on line so you can track the progress of the site and I can test its cross-platform functionality. At the same time, work begins on the graphic look of the pages.

I test all of the links and functionality to ensure that it works for the maximum number of browsers and platforms. Once we are satisfied with the beta site, I can move the final copy onto the actual server.
